During the "Global Food Contact 2015" conference (19 - 21 May 2015 in Rome, Italy) a series of lectures will be offered on the food contact topics.The "Global Food Contact 2015" conference aims to clarify the regulatory worldwide changes concerning materials in contact with food. This event will bring together professionals from the food industry. Among other topics, the debates will address the issue of Bisphenol A.
One of the presentation, given by Dr. Anna F. CASTOLDI of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), will focus specifically on the case of Bisphenol A (the conference will take place on May 20).
